Had power & sound problem on 5-6yr old Samsung 48″ FS. Considered just replacing but took a shot at repair, largely due to reasonable price for estimate. Within a couple days they called w/clear explanation of exactly what was wrong & a firm estimate of cost to repair, which was roughly a quarter of likely replacement cost. Promised to complete within week or so, depending on how quickly parts came in. Called back within 3-4 days with repairs completed. They even stuck around a while beyond scheduled closing when I wasn’t able to get there during regular hours. Bottom-line – excellent service & fair price in repairing a television that I’d initially considered disposing. Very happy to have found them.
